The high level of illiteracy in Nigeria was laid open for the world to see, as a top official of a government parastatal made a ridicule of himself on national TV.
Obafaiye Shem, Commandant of the Lagos State division of the Nigerian Security & Civil Defense Corps, in an interview on Channels TV’s Sunrise Daily, was brought in to answer questions regarding employment scams in his organization and all he did was make us laugh and make us amazed at the caliber of people leading us.
